Delhi ITI Admission 2024 : Dates Application Form Rank List Counselling Process Seat Allotment :- The Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) is responsible for providing trained technical manpower for the technological upgradation of industrial production, services, productivity, and innovation, contributing to the planned growth of the country’s economy. With a view to achieving the above objective, the department strives for systematic planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and policies relating to technical/vocational education.
The DTTE is headed by a Director who is assisted by a team of senior officers. The department has six wings:
- Administrative Wing
- Technical Wing
- Examination Wing
- Planning and Development Wing
- Finance and Accounts Wing
- Establishment Wing
The DTTE has a sanctioned strength of 900 officers and staff. The department is located at Muni Maya Ram Marg, Pitam Pura, New Delhi-110034.
The DTTE is responsible for the following:
- Formulation and implementation of policies and programs relating to technical/vocational education in the NCT of Delhi.
- Development and maintenance of technical/vocational education institutions in the NCT of Delhi.
- Conducting examinations for technical/vocational education courses.
- Recognition and affiliation of technical/vocational education institutions in the NCT of Delhi.
- Issuing certificates and diplomas to technical/vocational education students.
- Liaison with the Central Government and other State Governments on matters relating to technical/vocational education.
The DTTE has made significant contributions to the development of technical/vocational education in the NCT of Delhi. The department has established a network of over 200 technical/vocational education institutions offering a wide range of courses in various disciplines. The department has also introduced a number of innovative programs and initiatives to improve the quality of technical/vocational education in the NCT of Delhi.

Delhi ITI Application Form 2024 :
The Delhi ITI Application Form 2024 will be available for online submission in the first week of June 2024. The application process will be conducted through the official website of the Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE), Government of NCT of Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria :
To be eligible for admission to Delhi ITIs, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Have passed Class 8 or Class 10 from a recognized board.
- Be between the ages of 14 and 35 years as of 1st July 2024.
- Meet the specific eligibility criteria for the chosen trade.

Delhi ITI Admission 2024 Application Fee :
The Application fee for Delhi ITI Admission 2024 is INR 200/-. It can be paid online through various payment methods such as credit card, debit card, net banking, and e-wallets. The application fee is non-refundable and will not be considered for any refund.
Delhi ITI Eligibility Criteria 2024
To be eligible for admission to Delhi ITIs, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications
- For Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) courses: Candidates must have passed Class 8 or Class 10 from a recognized board.
- For Short Term Training (STT) courses: Candidates must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
Age Limit
- For CTS courses: Candidates must be between the ages of 14 and 35 years as of 1st July 2024.
- For STT courses: Candidates must be between the ages of 16 and 35 years as of 1st July 2024.
Specific Eligibility Criteria for CTS Courses

Delhi ITI 2024 Selection Procedure :
Applicants must be familiar with the ITI Delhi Admission Process; see the steps of selection to ITI Delhi in full below.
- Applicants must complete the ITI Registration Form to ensure that they meet the fundamental requirements for admission to the course.
- After completing the application, applicants must attend any government ITI for document verification, bringing both the original and self-attested documents.
- As a result, the merit list will be released, and applicants must check their names against the list.
- Qualified applicants will be assigned seats in the counseling phase based on their choices. Allotted applicants must freeze their seats by reporting to the college within the specified timeframe and paying the fees and undergoing document verification.
