• Group D: Unskilled workers.

RRB recruits staff through a variety of methods, including:

• Written Examinations: This is the most common method of recruitment for Group A, B, and C posts.
• Trade Tests: This is the most common method of recruitment for Group D posts.
• Interviews: This is used for the selection of officers to Group A and B posts.
