TSPSC Assistant Executive Engineer Exam Pattern 2024

The TSPSC Assistant Executive Engineer Exam will be conducted in two stages:

Preliminary Examination

  • The Preliminary Examination will consist of three objective-type papers: General Studies Paper I, General Studies Paper II, and General Studies Paper III.
  • Each paper will be of 150 marks, for a total of 450 marks.
  • The duration of each paper will be 2.5 hours.

Main Examination

  • The Main Examination will consist of seven papers, including two General Studies papers and five Engineering papers.
  • Papers I-V will be objective-type papers, while Papers VI and VII will be descriptive-type papers.
  • Each objective-type paper will be of 150 marks, for a total of 750 marks.
  • Each descriptive-type paper will be of 200 marks, for a total of 400 marks.
  • The duration of each objective-type paper will be 2.5 hours, while the duration of each descriptive-type paper will be 3 hours.
